Bid Protest Update: Key Developments and Best Practices

This webcast will provide an overview of recent developments and trends in bid protest litigation, focusing on best practices for government contractors. The presenters will provide perspectives on key new cases and policy developments related to bid protests before the Government Accountability Office and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, including disputes involving cost evaluation issues. They will also address ways in which cost consultants can be effectively used to support protest arguments.
