CMMC rulemaking: Where are we now?

Baker Tilly CPE Webinars

April 25 @ 12:00 pm 1:00 pm EDT

Free 1 CPE credit

The Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) has cleared another hurdle in the Department of Defense (DOD) rulemaking process with the close of public comments. What does this mean, and when can you expect CMMC in your government contracts? Join Baker Tilly CMMC professionals to review the proposed rule and important considerations learned from that proposed rule. Next, we will explore several of the major themes from public comments and potential changes that could result in the final rule. While we cannot definitively predict what will be included in the final rule, we will highlight which aspects you should anticipate and how best to respond. Lastly, we will review important considerations as you continue to prepare for certification.
