From Readiness to Assessment: Navigating CMMC with Confidence

April 15 @ 2:00 pm 3:00 pm EDT

Free 1 CPE credit

About this Event

Defense Industrial Base organizations are under increasing pressure to understand what CMMC truly requires and how to prepare without unnecessary disruption or rework.

During the session, attendees will learn:

  • CMMC fundamentals: Who needed CMMC, why it was required and what it did and did not validate
  • CMMC levels: How levels were determined, who owned the decision and where scope was often misjudged
  • Readiness gaps: Where documentation and day-to-day operations fell out of sync
  • Technical maturity signals: C3PAO red flags that indicated readiness issues
  • Readiness acceleration: How organizations avoided common pitfalls, leveraged the cloud and used GRC automation effectively
  • Continuous monitoring: How to support CMMC readiness without conflicting with assessments
  • Next steps: What DIB organizations should have been doing next
