This informative webinar will underscore the importance of strategic thinking and planning in today’s higher education industry. Special attention will be paid to the value of external data, ways to collect meaningful stakeholder input, and the importance of visioning without restraint. Institutions considering merger and acquisition activities, launching new programs, or planning leadership transitions are especially encouraged to attend.
