System implementations: From better to best
March 12 @ 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm EDT
Event details
Enterprise resource planning (ERP) system implementations can become more challenging to complete than many financial services organizations initially expect. Accounts of implementation projects going over schedule are common, but a well-considered and structured approach can help your organization have a better chance at falling on the side of success.
In the final webinar of our insurance series, Crowe and TAC4 Solutions system implementation specialists will discuss frequent reasons why so many ERP system implementations tend to fail in scope. We will also review the fundamentals organizations should consider to help them complete their projects as expected.
This session is eligible for 1.0 hour of CPE credit.
You should leave this session with the ability to:
- Determine the primary causes of system implementation failure
- Identify fundamental actions that can greatly improve system implementation success rates
- Describe the roles of project teams and consultants in delivering more effective implementations
