In this presentation and fireside chat, Lori Herndon will reflect on her 40-year tenure in the healthcare industry starting as a critical care nurse and then transitioning to leading one of New Jersey’s larger integrated health care delivery systems, AtlantiCare, and the challenges she faced along the way. Lori’s presentation will also speak to issues encountered during the pandemic and its lasting impact, healthcare M&A including affiliations, partnerships, joint ventures and other care coordination models and clinical program expansion, including telehealth and workforce development. Lori will offer practical considerations, recommendations and best practices for today’s healthcare leaders.
