Please join us for the final webcast in BDO’s 2023 Tax Strategist Cross-Borders Webcast Series.
As 2024 approaches, multinational enterprises should prepare for the international tax and transfer pricing issues facing the global economy today and in the coming year. Please join BDO for a webcast to discuss those issues and best practices for addressing these challenges now, in order to mitigate risk later. With oral arguments currently scheduled for Dec. 5, 2023, we will also provide an update on the challenge to the Section 965 repatriation tax, and what a Supreme Court ruling could mean for taxpayers and any future provisions.
