This program is for New Jersey CPAs to satisfy their NJ State ethics requirements.
The program will discuss Ethical Foundations, including concepts, moral development, judgment, values, the role of rules of ethics and ethical dilemmas. This program will review the Ethical Guidance, including the role of the Office of Professions, New Jersey State rules on ethics, the AICPA rules on ethics, the New Jersey State Society of CPA rules and Enforcement of rules on ethics.
Learning Objectives:
- Familiarize the participants with the elements of Ethics Foundations and to specifically review the Ethical Guidance of the AICPA, State of New Jersey and State Society.
- Review the legal and ethical rules for CPAs practicing in the State of New Jersey
