This program is for New York CPAs to satisfy their NY State ethics requirements.

The program will discuss Ethical Foundations, including concepts, moral development, judgment, values, the role of rules of ethics and ethical  dilemmas. This program will review the Ethical Guidance, including the role of the Office of Professions, New York State rules on ethics, the AICPA rules on ethics, the New York State Society of CPA rules and  Enforcement of rules on ethics.

Learning Objectives:

• Familiarize the participants with the elements of Ethics Foundations specifically review the Ethical Guidance of the AICPA, State of New York and State Society.
• Review the legal and ethical rules for CPAs practicing in the State of New York.
