Revenue recognition and debt versus equity factors for life sciences
October 25, 2023 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm EDT
FreeParticipants of the free live webinar will be eligible for 1 CPE credit.
This webinar will cover technical accounting and related audit issues regarding revenue recognition and financing transactions in life sciences.

By the end of this session, participants will be able:
- Recognize complexities in applying ASC 606 to customer contracts, including contract research organization arrangements, contract development and manufacturing organization arrangements, gross to net, and point-in-time versus over-time revenue recognition
- Identify terms and conditions in capital transactions that might require separate accounting per ASC 815 as well as certain terms and conditions that affect balance sheet classification per ASC 480
