Advantages of Enrolling in the Delaware Unclaimed Property VDA Program

BDO Free CPE Webinars

April 23 @ 2:00 pm 3:30 pm EDT

Free 1.5 CPE credits

The Delaware Secretary of State Voluntary Disclosure Agreement (SOS VDA) program allows businesses to come into compliance with the state’s unclaimed property laws. The program isn’t just for those businesses invited to participate, it’s also for any company incorporated, headquartered, or with significant operations in the state.

Join BDO for a detailed step by step Delaware VDA workflow process that addresses the most material steps holders must take in completing their review for Delaware purposes, while maximizing benefits of universal multistate compliance. As part of the webcast, we will point out many of the most difficult issues or decision points needed to be addressed along the way. We’ll follow this with a more focused discussion of best practices and overall compliance to help you mitigate unclaimed property risks.
