This webinar series will discuss common issues relating to the creation and operation of corporate charitable vehicles and issues and risks associated with those vehicles.

- Corporate foundation management: Prudent policies and practices (March 13 at 1 p.m. Eastern)
- Corporation fundraising: Hosting a charity event – guidelines and best practices (April 24 at 1 p.m. Eastern)
Learning objectives
After participating in this series, attendees will be able to:
- Identify the different types of charitable vehicles used in a corporate setting for charitable and philanthropic activities
- Identify how to establish each type of charitable vehicle and the operational and compliance issues for each
- Recognize areas of risk that can be managed by policy implementation
- Define steps needed and best practices for policy implementation
- Identify the considerations for hosting a charitable fundraiser
- Identify how to operationalize a charitable fundraiser and the required reporting obligations
