NAVIGATING THROUGH THE PRIVATE EQUITY LIFE CYCLE

This course is designed to assist private equity firms and their underlying portfolio companies navigate through the life cycle of a private-equity owned company, from the pre-deal considerations and day-one purchase accounting to post-deal reporting and consideration of potential exit events.
