Please join the WWCDA Houston Chapter on Thursday, February 29, 2024 for a virtual panel discussion on the Life Cycle of a Monitorship.
The panelists will share their breadth of knowledge and experience conducting monitorships in the area of export controls compliance, trade, FCPA, and healthcare. The discussion will touch on topics of interest including the selection process, structure, evolution over time, expectations of all stakeholders, best practices, challenges, managing regulators requests, wrapping up the monitorship, and how to avoid one in the first place.
