Enterprise Risk Management Program Accelerators

Maintaining an enterprise risk management (ERM) program that is adjacent to your strategy can be foundational to unlocking transformational growth. Terri-Anne (“TA”) Wallen

VP of Enterprise Risk and Assurance Services, Teradata

Terri-Anne (“TA”) Wallen is Teradata’s Vice President overseeing Enterprise Risk Assurance Services. TA joined Teradata in 2022 after a 17-year tenure at CSG where she had responsibility for their insurance, risk management, ethics and compliance programs as well as the internal audit function. She is a passionate advocate for DEI and was an executive sponsor for CSG’s WE LEaD (Women Engaged in Leadership Exploration and Development.)

Since joining Teradata, TA has worked to enhance the company’s ERM program, the insurance program, internal audit program and Sarbanes-Oxley policies, procedures, and methodologies, by developing a long-term roadmap that is risk-based with bias to focus on proactive risk management. She also facilitates the Risk Steering Committee and establishes risk appetite statements and tolerance framework. In addition, she’ll be responsible for developing and executing an agile internal audit plan.

Overall, TA has 25+ years of experience in building and maintaining internal audit and 15+ years of experience in risk management and compliance program development and facilitation. Prior to CSG, she was at Protiviti outsourcing internal audit projects, assisting in establishing the internal audit functions for both eBay and PayPal. She is also a KPMG alum. TA holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
